I've got a next-day update for the comic. Tegretol finally gets a chance to see who the spy really is, and now requires a bit of brain-bleach to remove knowledge of certain events. The other person who happens to be there's none other than Sandra the Solar Butterfly, the Angel contracted to judge the trial of Thomas Stratus back in book 2. Sandra took those Prismatic Spray attacks like a boss. Click this to go to the comic archives: Click!Click this to vote for the webcomic: Click this pretty please!

Bwahahaha! Go Sandra!
I do hope that the Kingdom of Justice treats prisoners well and makes efforts to rehabilitate them... even if a lot of the time it probably fails to work.

Urf... serious squick there. I did not need accidental paedophilia with my idle web browsing.

Aye, her being a molester like that is a fair bit sickening, but it's not like she hasn't done far worse. Probably on-panel, even. Wouldn't surprise me if that was one of the crimes she was charged with, if she isn't just being held as an enemy of war.

Bwahahaha! Go Sandra! I do hope that the Kingdom of Justice treats prisoners well and makes efforts to rehabilitate them... even if a lot of the time it probably fails to work. It may be the best method of dealing with evil-doers, as many evil folks actually get rewarded for their evil deeds in one of the three hells. Urf... serious squick there. I did not need accidental paedophilia with my idle web browsing. I don't think anyone needed it, but a spy's gotta do what a spy's gotta do. Poor Tegretol's gonna need Merla to psionically brain-bleach him of these incidents later. Aye, her being a molester like that is a fair bit sickening, but it's not like she hasn't done far worse. Probably on-panel, even. Wouldn't surprise me if that was one of the crimes she was charged with, if she isn't just being held as an enemy of war. She's killed, deceived and otherwise hurt countless innocent humanoid creatures, so yah 'reverse pedophilia' may be one of the smaller beans in the bucket. Remember that time spent in the Celestial Heavens doesn't behave the same way as it does in Manjulias. No one ages nor do they eat, sleep or breathe in the Celestial Heavens, so unless Sophia decides to try to improve her soul she may end up being held there literally for hundreds of years.

Kingdom of Justice? I take it that is not the same plane Sophia is on now? So she is going to another plane?

Kingdom of Justice? I take it that is not the same plane Sophia is on now? So she is going to another plane? The Gate spell is typically used to teleport between planes, so I'm guessing yes.

Yes, but the Gate spell she used was for Tegretol. Sandra will either use another gate to take Sophia to the Justice Kingdom, or use the less powerful Planeshift spell. Unlike most of the forces of hell, the Celestials will work together especially for the greater good of the multiverse. Sandra may not believe in imprisonment, but that doesn't mean she won't hand over evil criminals to Celestials who will. The Celestials in the Kingdom of Justice will surely punish Sophia's evil acts as they see fit to.

As beautifully as you draw powerful creatures in this world, I'm eagerly anticipating the day (hopefully) that you draw out an actual GOD.

Meddling with mortals doesn't violate the interplanar intrusion agreement?
Also: hurray for new comics! I like it!

There's some sort of spoilery reason for it? Huh. I had just figured that those who wandered onto a plane were fair game for its inhabitants, regardless of whether or not it was under their own will.

Thanks for using a level 7 spell and showing your approximate power level, Sophia.
Or maybe the Solar will just take the long way to the KoJ by going through the KoH
