I've got a new comic up, and I've also begun work on the Manjulias RPG. I've got the seven main character's basic walking sprites, battle sprites and animations done. Anyway, before Angelika leaves with this justice group, Julie gets an idea. Julie takes a sample of Angelika's blood in case she is killed and requires a resurrection. It does make for a pretty convenient way for her to make her way back to the group if something terrible happens. As Rocky puts it; Makes it Easy! I'm sticking my neck out and saying that Angelika won't die.
I don't think Julie's plan would work, per normal rules though. She probably doesn't have max ranks in Knowledge: Religion. So long as some small portion of the creature’s body still exists, it can be resurrected, but the portion receiving the spell must have been part of the creature’s body at the time of death.

Interesting houserule, not requiring the body part to have been part of them at the moment of death, or maybe the characters are making a horrible mistake.
Still, if nothing else, it's excellent for scrying and a few other spells. And maybe they have a magic item/spell that will have the blood keep counting as "part of her body" until/unless she dies to get around that restriction.

Well death is pretty cheap in D&D, and in the Manjulias campaign it's even cheaper. (I made it so back when I actually ran this world with players...they kept dying a lot.)
