Here's the next comic. Umbria and Trevoricus decide to give the attacking giant a really bad time, and Jason and Kergak kill the Annis. The Annis falls on Kergak and bleeds out into Kergak's various facial orifices. Ew. Click this to go to the archives: Click!Click this to vote for the comic: Click here, too.

How does that Dwarf know what their blood would normally taste like?

Heh, Trevoricus kinda looks permanently annoyed with the red bruise he's got on his forehead.

The less we think about that, the better off we'll all be. Heh, Trevoricus kinda looks permanently annoyed with the red bruise he's got on his forehead. Mac the Giant nailed him in the forehead with a large rock! In reality, he'd either be dead or have a major concussion.

A catapult crew maybe, but that giant looks to be at least twice as tall as umbria.

How does that Dwarf know what their blood would normally taste like? He says "it doesn't taste like normal blood should" I think he means normal humanoid blood, not hag blood. And everybody knows the taste of blood. We all felt the taste of blood when we lost our baby teeth, or when we had a scratch and licked it when we were kids. Plus maybe Kergak likes his beef very raw.

These guys are also adventurers so they're probably also know the taste of blood from being critically injured at least once. Sometimes they can taste it from being seriously stabbed and internal bleeding caused by that. It's a lucrative career, but very risky.

Eh, only if you don't know anyone who can cast Raise Dead... or Create Undead. Fun fact: even considering the power difference, there is no player who would rather create a new character than run their old one once it's turned into a wraith. Seriously.
