Okay, if King Tegretol and the others forget about Julie...

Are they going to ask themselves why they have people running around disguised as a specific human they do not know, for some reason that they do not know?

Or maybe they are so chaotic it wouldn't seem unusual?

I think that they are erasing any memories from their encounters with her. That way they can't divulge any information to the enemy. Knowing what someone may look like is one thing but knowing that she's carrying x armor, y magic items, and has z spells available is another thing entirely.
