Since we now have the old forum back, I'm going to go ahead and remind everyone of the answers to all questions asked about the comic (except for the ones asked in the episodes forum, since that would take forever). These are made using only word of god confirmed information.
- Houserules include: Prepared spells are a bit more flexible (unclear how). Spell components less than 1 GP aren't needed. Normal ammunition is assumed to be infinite. Carrying capacity and move speed are also a bit more flexible. Less than 10% arcane spell failure chance is ignored. If someone moves into someone else's threatened square while the other person isn't flat-footed and can see them, the person they're moving into the threatened square of gets an attack of opportunity. Some cleric spells are also given to sorcerers/wizards (well, technically, he only said wizards, but it was implied they were given to both) and bards. Clerics who change alignment get a new god and domains instead of losing powers. Critical failures on attack rolls are like critical hits (natural 1 is a threat, failure to get the AC again gets a crit) which result in provoking an attack of opportunity from the person you're attacking. Natural 20s and natural 1s are much more powerful in general.
- The comic is made in Adobe illustrator.
- Angelika has the spells Light, Prestidigitation, Magic Missile, Mage Armor, Shocking Grasp, Feather Fall, Scorching Ray, Knock, Frozen Ray, Fireball, Fly, Dimension Door, 6 more 0th level spells, and 1 more 1st level spell.
- Jordie has awesome black-and-white glasses... What do you mean they're metaphorical?! When's the last time you've seen him wearing glasses that AREN'T black-and-white?
- Dragons choose to become spirit guides, but usually only when they're very old. Oh, and speaking of dragons, Janice named Carrus "Chariot" in Latin, which means he may be the first horseless chariot yet. Unless he eats horses, which he probably does.
- Candesco's about CR 15, because the Numerik race has a clear Numerikal advantage.
- Nothing in the Tome of Battles is (deliberately) included in the comic.
- Rogonandi thinks speculation about the other Magicant pieces being background objects is "a lot of fun to read."
To see other unconfirmed speculation, word of god I may have missed, and rants about the difference between azure and sky blue (well, at least two out of three, I'd say), feel free to go here.
