Just checking, I always get nervous when things don't update, I get worried that they get sick or something. I hope everything is ok.

No, the comic isn't on break. I'm actually working on one right now and I'm going to be posting it today come heck or high water. However, there is something I should probably let you guys know about. I have a day job that I work full time at and I have not been laid off from work this year. Normally at about November or so, I would be getting laid off due to the hotel not having enough business during the off-season. During that part of the off-season I have a lot more time to work on the webcomic and other creative projects, but the tourism industry has been awesome this year and I still work full time hours. As a result of this I don't have as much time to work on the comic, and since I've been working so hard at the hotel I've been quite drained when I come home. It seems the only time I can work on the comic without burning the midnight oil is on my days off. Sorry about the lack of steady updates, but I'm afraid I gotta work to live.

Ah ok, that makes sense, I understand completely, business working the way it does. I was just worried we wouldn't be having more of the comic.
Also you working at a Hotel kinda makes sense to me, the social themes of this work (and I mean specifically social, not progressive, though there are those themes as well) are really strong in this comic, and at the risk of going into Writer's intent, working with people, in particular people from all over the world might contribute to the unique feeling of the comic. Keep up the good work.
