I love the break-neck speed combat updates. Alrighty, i'll try to get all my comments out in one post. I'm assuming that was a unholy blight cast in panel 3 which would make that jerkwad half-elf yet another cleric which means our heroes are screwed. I loved angelicas tactical repositioning rather than immediately fireballing that guy back. Did halberd dwarf only skewer that chick once because he was fighting her from five feet away to begin with? That ninja fighter is a bigger jerkwad than the half-elf. I love that tight-bun failed her will save against blindness. eat that!

Mmm...uptight Lawful Evil women...man I miss that Erinyes. Man, the melee fighters are just stabbing the hell out of each other. Ouch. bated breath, not baited breath...bated means "suppressed" in the sense of abated, so bated breath means you're holding your breath. Also probably should be with bated breath instead of on.

It did take a couple panels for Angelika's eyes to disappear when she got hit with blindness waaay back.

I loved angelicas tactical repositioning rather than immediately fireballing that guy back. Did halberd dwarf only skewer that chick once because he was fighting her from five feet away to begin with? That ninja fighter is a bigger jerkwad than the half-elf. I love that tight-bun failed her will save against blindness. eat that! The spell is actually a brand new, homebrewed one for Sorcerers/Wizards. Phantom Wave Evocation [Evil] Level: Sor/Wiz 4 Components: V, S, M Casting Time: 1 standard action Range: Medium (100 ft. + 10 ft./level) Area: 15-ft.-radius spread Duration: Instantaneous Saving Throw: Reflex half, Will Negates (See Text) Spell Resistance: Yes Phantom Wave hits all targets in a 15 foot radius spread with a column of unholy energy shaped like ravaging, evil spirits. The muttering, rending, keening blast deals 1d6 damage per caster level (max 10d6) to each target in the area of effect. The energy does not deal damage to objects, only living creatures. Regardless of whether the initial reflex safe is successful, the targets must also make a will save (DC same as reflex) or become shaken for 1d4 rounds due to being mentally bothered by the moaning, screaming agony of the attacking spirits. This is a sonic, mind effecting fear effect. (Thanks for the fix suggestion, I fixed it.)
