Somewhere in that ballpark, but I guessed CE for this one. Bloddengogga has been implied to be the chaotic hell (see the time some of the characters actually visited it recently).
Considering her general actions and the fact that she has no set alignment, I'm thinking she's within one step of CE (so either CN or NE). She definitely didn't strike me as lawful, and especially not good, so I guessed at the extreme.

I confused Camezerra with Zebro. Anyhow, it's the Lawful Evil afterlife, the CE one is Bloddengogga or something.
