I've got another comic up, in between creating Let's Play Videos (I started a Final Fantasy 6 one) and very NSFW gay cartoons of Gordon and Lenny. In any case, the battle against the circus tent continues. Fortunately Jack has a way of shutting up the horrible circus music its piping out, and in Angelika's case it isn't immune to fire. Too bad our Dwarven brothers are back within swatting distance of it. The cutesy art kind of makes this more terrifying.

Well, I thought they had retreated out of range. Wasn't that the whole idea of retreating?
I almost wish it hadn't been silenced...I'd like to hear what the tent has to say when it's angry.
Of course, the cleric is the only one who makes his saving throw vs. the creepy music.
It's one thing to lure people to their deaths with an enchanted song, but doing it with "It's a Small Small World?" That's just cruel and unusual punishment.

Norveg made his save too, not that it did much good. Hmmm, what would be a good caption for the 2nd to last panel?

Well, I thought they had retreated out of range. Wasn't that the whole idea of retreating? Grottor and Magotto did retreat out of range, but ran all the way back into range when they fell under the influence of that horrible calliope.

Can the tent move when it's set up? Does it flop around? Or does it use magic or flight or something?

Can the tent move when it's set up? Does it flop around? Or does it use magic or flight or something? It can scuttle along the ground like an insect, but it only moves 10 feet per round. It's preferred method of moving is teleportation but Jack's Dimensional Anchor spell stripped away that possibility.
