New comic. Julie and Rocky avoid losing any levels and Julie seems strangely loving and protective of him. Could something be up, or is she being weird like she sometimes can be? Click here to go to the comic's archives: Click!Click here to vote for the webcomic: Click!

I cant wait for Jordie to Flame Strike on dem Evil ho's. Hold on, is Rocky actually hugging Julie back? He's become so moderately less unpleasant.

Maybe they should let the Justice guys try to figure the cube out.
Thanks Rogonandi!

I think you misspelled "negative" Negative is one of my frequently misspelled words. Thanks for catching that. I cant wait for Jordie to Flame Strike on dem Evil ho's. Hold on, is Rocky actually hugging Julie back? He's become so moderately less unpleasant. Jordie can now do that, indeed. Hooray for now being the only person who can use effective offensive evocation magic in battle.

Why not? Flame Strike's quite a nice spell. I'm nursing prejudice against the spell from previous versions where it sucked ass. Well, in 3.5 it can do up to 15d6 damage in a 10 foot radius cylinder with fire rushing downward (or other elemental magic as we've seen with Candesco's Water Strike.) Half of the damage is from the element the god/goddess favors (this is a house rule, it's always fire otherwise) and the other half is from divine energy that can't be subjected to reduction from elemental protection. Even against creatures immune to the base element it'll still do some damage to them simply from the divine energy.
